As part of the Cibus Tec program, ITA will be providing delegates complimentary roundtrip airfare, lodging, breakfast and lunch in Italy, and ground transport in Italy. Travel dates and city locations may be changed upon request. Please contact this Italian Trade Agency regarding preferred travel dates and locations. Attendance at the show is required from Oct. 22nd thru Oct. 25th.
Pre-Scheduled B2B Meetings
Participants will have the chance to visit the show over a 3-day period. The show organizers ask American delegates to pre-schedule sixteen (16) B2B meetings with Italian companies of your choice.
You may choose which companies to meet via an online web platform. This will allow a more efficient use of your time as your will be given priority to meet with the Italian companies at their booths. You will have ample time to visit the show outside the 16 meetings.
