BIAT is an initiative designed to enable the businesses and research systems of southern Italy to express their full potential for innovation and excellence. Indeed, southern Italy hosts some of the most important technological and industrial districts in Italy and in Europe. The event is oriented to foreign counterparts such as large companies, venture capitalists and investors interested in the fields of Aerospace, Information Communication Technology, New Materials, Biotechnology, Nanotechnology, Environment, Renewable Energies, and Smart Cities.
International delegates are selected in 22 countries: Belgium, Canada, China, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, India, Israel, Japan, Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Singapore, Slovenia, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States.
