Covid-19 Travel & Testing Requirements

REQUIREMENTS BY COUNTRY

ITALY

Italy currently requires a negative Covid-19 test administered by a professional taken within 72 hours of travel for entry into Italy regardless of vaccination status. Both Rapid Antigen (Rapid) and Molecular (PCR) test are accepted.

UNITED STATES

The United States currently requires a negative Covid-19 test administered by a professional taken within 72 hours of travel for re-entry regardless of vaccination status. Both Rapid Antigen (Rapid) and Molecular (PCR) test are accepted.

WHERE TO GET TESTED

AT THE SHOW

For your convenience, cost-free testing for Covid-19 will be made available at the show. Appointments are not required to receive a test, and both Rapid Antigen (Rapid) and Molecular (PCR) tests will be made available. All tests will be administered at the West Entrance.

RAPID ANTIGEN SWABS will be administered 7:30am-1:00pm and 2:00pm-5:30pm each day during the show. Results will be delivered on-site 15 minutes after the test is performed.

MOLECULAR (PCR) SWABS will be made available at the West Entrance from 9:00am-5:00pm with the exception of October 24th, when they will be administered outside via an equipped vehicle. Please note that molecular swabs have a longer processing time than rapid antigen swabs. Therefore, results will be emailed rather than provided on-site, and results for tests taken before 1:00pm will be provided by the following evening.

ELSEWHERE IN ITALY

Covid-19 testing is available at many pharmacies (farmacia) across Italy. To find a pharmacy, look for storefronts with the green cross. Test results are normally provided in English or English and Italian. Costs vary based on location. Make sure to ask for either a rapid antigen test (test rapido) or molecular PCR test (test molecolare), and verify lead times for receiving a molecular PCR test if that is the test you choose.

NECESSARY FORMS

In order to speed up the process of receiving your test at the show, we have provided the necessary paperwork for you to complete in advance and provide on-site. Please find the two (2) necessary forms below. If you are unable to complete these forms at this time, you can complete them in-person at the testing site.
