What's Covered?
Travel Expenses covered for qualifying participants to take part in the in-person show include:
Round-trip Airfare Economy Plus or Premium from USA to Milan, Italy (see program dates below)
Three-Night Stay in Milan (breakfast included)
Full-Entry Pass to All Show Programs and Related Elements
Lunches and Receptions Hosted within the Trade Show Venue
Ground Transfers in Italy (airport/hotel/show)

Evening Meals
Ground Transfers in the US (taxis, etc.)
Program Dates and Schedule:
October 11th or 12th depending on the Airport of Departure in the USA
October 12th, Arrival in Italy (Milan) and transfer to hotel
October 13th, Visit trade show (depart hotel 8:00 am / return 6:00 pm)
October 14th, Visit trade show (depart hotel 8:00 am / return 6:00 pm)
October 15th, Departure Italy*
*Stay may be extended, with other Italian city departures, inquire with our Office for details.
